Wouldn’t scan my key I kept trying and it said it couldn’t read the key. My key is a basic generic house key. It can be duplicated this machine doesn’t work
I made 2 copies. Only 1 of the 2 was able to open the door. There were some materials that was not removed on this copy.
A fancy kiosk that is easy to operate is no good if none of the copies made works. And that was not a special off-brand key, just a regular Kwikset. MinuteKey claims 100% guarantee. Will see how long it will take them to issue a refund. Update: refund process was smooth, though.
My key wasn't cut properly. It's not working on my lock.
