The key it made didn't work. The new key (bottom) has a bit of un-removed metal that keeps it from working like the original key (top). Beyond that, the machine was obnoxious with too many time-wasting screens trying to upsell various features.
The key copy process is straightforward, fast and accurate. It gives customer an option to have free brass key if making 2 keys, and also if s/he wants a digital key. Overall the process is really effective.
I enjoyed the fact that I was able to get a digit copy of the key made when I didn't have the physical key readily available. Excelet idea
