I recently purchased a programmable key fob for my car. They offered me the option to cut a physical key but I declined thinking I had one already for the new fob. Later I realized I didn’t. I asked if I could still get one knowing they could just tell me it was too late and it wasn’t possible. However, they, Carin and company, went out of their way to help me. They didn’t have to but they did anyway. Real customer service! Thank you Carin and Minutekey
Fast, easy, convenient, affordable. Made a handful of spare keys for a rental property without waiting in any lines etc. Will continue using this kiosk for all my physical key needs!
The Minute Key machine is conveniently located at Lowes. I was able to utilize the key duplicator and select a designer key blank to make my key. Within a minute or two, I had my key at a very good price.
Key quality was fine, done in a short amount of time. My only issue is that it is more than twice the cost of having a person do it, so, I. wouldn’t recommend it based on value alone.
