Friendly, open during a holiday and was able to cut me some keys. I will definitely return for future keys.
Purchased two brass house keys from the machine in Henderson, NV and got s third one free, using a debit card. The process was smooth. Got home and none of the keys worked although they looked close to matching my original key. Contacted Lillian at Minute Key and she handled my refund professionally and said she would send a tech to check the machine out.
