Horrible service. Wasted my time and then they sent me somewhere else.
I had a very frustrating experience at CVS MinuteClinic. I added myself to the waiting list from home, and the system showed a 40-minute wait. By the time I arrived, the waiting area was completely empty, and the app indicated there were about 20 minutes left. However, I ended up waiting for over two hours. After repeatedly asking staff what was going on, I was eventually told they were going on lunch break.
