I’ve been to most minute clinics in the city and I can say that this one is the absolute worst of the worst. First of all you’re going to wait an hour past your appointment. Then they’re going to tell you that you never had an appointment in the first place, even though you have the confirmation right on your phone. Then they’re gonna tell you that they actually called for you and they never did. Super rude. Go to any other clinic in the city and it’s better than this one.
Shanika the nurse practitioner always treats me well here as her patient, I’ve seen her a few times and she is so helpful and gentle! Wait times aren’t bad either
