Seldom will someone say they had a positive experience at a garage. Even more rare to hear that comment from a woman, unfortunately. Today that changed for me. I was sure my brakes were in bad shape due to a squeak and funny feel in my car. Parts were ordered, appointment made, showed up with dread for the bill as I expected pads and rotors replaced.
