I had a very positive experience viewing apartments at a Minto building downtown. I worked with Samuel Sebehat, Minto's Leasing Consultant who showed me four different units based on my needs and wants. Knowing this was going to be a big investment for me, Samuel never pressured me into applying for any unit-- rather, he made sure I found the unit right for me and that I was excited about it. I used to have a very positive impression of MINTO. It was a good place to live. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill after a recent change in administration. The treatment with the residents has become impersonal and theft has become a serious issue. Packages and personal belongings have been stolen, including from the garage - e-bike chargers, helmets, etc. Management refuses to assist or even check security cameras, constantly deflecting responsibility to the police. Poor management, wifi in gym not working for a long time +machines get broken and then left without being fixed. Most of the staff just walking around looking busy making so much noise or on their phones. Their job is to be socially aware and they all miserably fail to do so.

Building is dirty and has cockroaches on the floors and units. Management will not address the issue
