Would never recommend buying a condo from them, rest should be fine. I bought a condo for my daughter and 1.5 years down occupancy they still don’t have all the amenities completed at the SAINT. No other builder in GTA does this. They cannot debate this. They take Buyers for granted. Once occupancy is done they don’t care. Taking home owners for granted is not right. We are paying heavy condos fees with barely anything in return with respect to amenities. Legally they are right but customer service has some value

I currently live at 16 The Links Road. While the unit is livable, it is not worth the price we pay. The best aspects of the building are its proximity to York Mills Station and the quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that management has not properly addressed. 1. Window Blinds The blinds are old, dirty, and in poor condition. When they dry rot or break, management refuses to provide new replacements.
