Minto started building Harbour Isle on Anna Maria Sound 12 years ago. After completing 412 homes, Minto decided not to finish the next 285 proposed homes leaving the current residents in limbo. Minto continues to call itself the developer even though the last homes were completed six years ago and no new homes are proposed.
