Practically zero indoor amenities. No billiards rooms, no shuffleboard, foosball etc etc., No golf course, no putt putt, does not listen to residents, current amenities becoming over crowded, can't get into events due to over crowding, no golf cart access to shopping, banking etc. The place to be around Hilton Head is Sun City. They have three golf courses, a real theatre, six outdoor pools, three golf courses. And they're building a resort style pool with a lazy river and swim up bar and an outdoor theatre on a lake
