The location is convenient, and the view is beautiful if your unit faces east. Most staff are friendly, and the management is generally reasonable. However, these advantages can be overshadowed if you have an inconsiderate neighbour. Be cautious before move in, you may have to smell smoke from a connected balcony and deal with loud, persistent coughing every 20 minutes, even during midnight and early morning hours, especially if your neighbour rarely leaves their unit. You cannot relax in your room on weekends.

The building is well-located, with good access to public transport and clean common areas. However, I’ve had ongoing issues with the heating system in the meeting room, which hasn’t been fixed despite multiple requests over the past two months. What has made this more frustrating is the rude and unprofessional behavior of the property manager. Since Colleen Todd became the property manager of this building, the management has been the worst I've ever experienced. Colleen shows no empathy and clearly doesn't care about the residents. The same goes for the newly hired concierges. There have been multiple instances of dishonesty from both Colleen and the concierges, with their statements often contradicting each other.
