I’m a big fan of Minter & Richter Designs. Their rings are incredible — beautiful designs, excellent materials, and top-notch craftsmanship. They’ll happily make custom modifications on request. I own two rings (one for each hand) and wear them proudly. When my finger shrank 0.75 mm between ordering and delivery, the ring didn’t fit — they made a completely new one free of charge, no questions asked. I highly recommend Minter & Richter for unique custom rings and unparalleled customer service.
The rings are beautiful! The customer service provided by Minter was thoughtful and attentive to our wants. I previously thought I knew my ring size, but I am so glad I decided to get the sizers. Having the sizers ensured our rings fit perfectly! We are very pleased by the craftsmanship and cannot wait to have these rings as part of our special day.
I had a wonderful experience working with Polly to design a ring completely from scratch. Bought a ring and when it came in it was the wrong size, now they have a card inside the box that says they will resize at half the cost of a new ring and not to take it to a store because they will size smaller than you need. Well I needed a 10.5 and received a 8, so I’m not sure how in the world they got that wrong, but I’m not paying half for another ring when they screwed up, buyer beware, find a more reputable seller.
My wife recently purchased an over $600 ring from Minter and Richter for me, and it arrived with a crack in the metal, which the company referred to as a "fissure". The ring was sent back and a new one was given to us over a month later with the same defect, as well as some machining marks and a prominent area of discoloration.
