The city found Mint Urban to be the most fined building since 2021. “Candid response,” Denver’s public health program supervisor said in an email obtained by The Post, “I don’t think it is even close.” A Denver jury in March 2025 awarded millions of dollars to former tenants of the apartment complex who had sued the property managers and owners over systematic neglect and habitability concerns. The Mint has a Great maintenance team. I had a small leak in my fridge and Andrew came over to fix the issue. After fixing the fridge he cleaned out my freezer, good as new. Then replaced a outlet on the wall and changed my air filter. When he came back upon my request for touch up paint. He did exactly that. By the afternoon I felt like I had a brand new apartment. Thanks to Andrew and his persistent attitude. Thanks again Andrew my apartment is as good as new.
I am one of the Tenants here Mint urban infinity and Pablo is amazing and awesome staff help me out in everything I ask for favor. Been leaving here for 3 yrs. I love the community.
Jesus, one our maintenance workers, was kind enough to stop his day to fix my move in adjustments. Closet and screen doors and plumbing. So polite, swift and accurate!
