Have enjoyed my experience so far at this apartment complex :). Jesus one the on site maintenance technicians is great and is very helpful! Glad I found this place :)

I’ve been living at this property for over a year and a half and I can say there has been so many improvements to the property and the staff. José in the leasing office is such a hard worker and really cares about the people living here, probably because he does too. There are so many people who live on this property and I can’t even imagine how difficult it is to manage. The maintenance workers also have huge work loads daily and they really get the job done. No soy de quejarme ni tampoco soy alguien estricto pero no recomiendo para nada este tipo de departamentos y hablo con pruebas voy a poner fotos como evidencias, cuando venimos a aplicar nos enseñaron un departamento muy bonito el cual hizo que nos convenciera mudarnos pero cuando nos dieron el departamento nos dieron uno totalmente diferente, en muy malas condiciones y de inmediato lo fuimos a reportar, los gabinetes todos sucios, y en lo personal para mí lo más limpio que debe de haber es la cocina porque ahí prepararás tu... read more
Edit for management response : I’ve already had pest control in my unit. I stated that pest control has already told me that the issue cannot fully be handled because the infestation at this complex It’s too great. I choose to keep my true identity anonymous for a reason. Pest control is in my unit every two weeks and the fact of the matter is, we residents at Mint Urban Infinity, have no choice but to live amongst pests.
