I've had 16 electrolysis appointments with Fahima, and I'm very happy with both the experience and the results. She is professional, thorough and focused during the appointment. During my first appointment she explained the process to me and took the time to answer any questions I had, she always makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the treatment and checks in before making any adjustments to the intensity. I've been going to Silvana for various treatments such as eyebrows and spray tans for years. She's the best, so kind and accommodating and knowledgeable. She did my spray tan before my wedding as I just wanted a little glow and it turned out amazing as per usual! She will go over what your undertone is and help you choose the right type of tan for what you'd like to achieve. No oompa loompas here!
