I scheduled a haircut for 12:15 but accidentally overslept. I called around 12:20 to apologize and said I’d arrive by 12:30. They told me that, due to their policy, they had to cancel the appointment and still charge me in full—even though I hadn’t received a haircut. I went to Max F today and I couldn’t be more pleased with my haircut! Great conversation, great environment, and incredible attention to detail. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend stopping by if you want a clean haircut!
My husband just left a hair cut with max. We have a wedding this weekend and the front is completely jagged & shorter then asked. There is also a huge gap at the bag of the neck where it's supposed to be lined up. When he told the hairstylist he took too much off he blamed it on my husband's straight hair.
1st Barber visit in Iowa city (need to stay for work some time), and immeditaely convinced! Kayla is a female 'Edward with Scissorhands' - magic Figaro! See you again in 4-5 weeks!
