Mint Properties and Tni LaBlanc are wonderful. My husband and I are about to close escrow on our first home and Tni made it possible. She has such an incredible work ethic, she is smart honest and reliable. We had a strict deadline, small budget and not to mention my husband and I are clueless when it comes to purchasing a home and Tni made us feel at ease in a very stressful foreign situation. Tni is absolutely the best realtor in the area. There simply is no comparison. If you want your home sold, there's no point in going with someone else to get the job done quickly and completely.
