Tyler was super personable and informational while giving a nose piercing! A very friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable guy. As one with a very low pain tolerance, he made it very quick and the least painful as possible! He was also very prepared for any questions I had regarding aftercare, changing jewelry, etc. Not to mention finding the perfect placement for my personal nose shape. Thank you!
Leo pierced my septum today and it was the BEST piercing experience I’ve had! He was very welcoming and very informative! It is a very friendly environment and I will surely be returning!
Amazing experience tonight with Leo and getting my septum pierced - I had been told in the past I wouldn’t be able to get it pierced, but Leo found no problem at all. Our piecer was very professional. Placement of both mine and my daughters nose rings are perfect. Place was exceptionally clean. Definitely reccomend for anyone looking for a piercing. The staff is knowledgeable and will always steer you in the right direction!!
I had an amazing experience with Janessa and the staff at the WDM location. I was feeling very self conscious about my nose piercing as it had partially closed, and not only was Janessa extremely honest with me but she got me in that exact day to remedy my problem and get me a beautiful piece of jewelry. They are incredibly professional and comfy at the same time. The shop looks dope and the music is a vibe. Will definitely be back for more!

Everyone at both the Ankeny and West Des Moines locations are amazing!!! They made my 7 year old daughter super comfortable and went above and beyond to do so. Tyler was great and both front desks gals were wonderful!! Highly recommended!!
