We love this place. They always do a wonderful job on our nails.
I live nearby and stopped in for a manicure last week. The salon is clean and cute, the staff is friendly and efficient, and I left feeling great about the service I received. I thought I'd give an eyebrow wax a try today since I was so happy with my nail service. When I entered the salon there was an incredibly loud and rude customer berating one of the nail techs for something that seemed like at worst a minor misunderstanding (she literally scolded her loudly for 15 mins straight while I waited for my appointment). Awful experience! Sent my mother with her care giver only to have her treated so rudely and almost burned her feet. She was told not to use the rest room and had an accident. Very rude to the care giver as well. Poor job on nails and did not even speak to my mom who is almost 100 yrs old. Never again and I will complain to the village as well.
All around a very good experience. Enny paid attention to detail really well. The results came out amazing for both manicure and pedicure. The manager was such a sweet lady. Thank you for creating an overall fantastically welcoming experience. Definitely will come again.
