BEWARE!!!! Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. They offer services from untrained/certified staff. Tech named Niya applied acrylic over my skin and cuticles. It looked terrible and was extremely painful. They refused to compensate in any way or properly fix the situation. Everyone I dealt with (including who I was told was the owner, Priscilla) was extremely unprofessional and unapologetic. Did a pedi date with my aunty and this is our first time here at Mint. Such a beautiful place with so many colors to pick from. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I also think this place is well kept and very clean. Recommend ! We will be coming back!
This is a personal review for Johan the manager at Mint Deerfoot. I had a really crappy experience my last time there, my nails were really awful. I contacted the salon afterwards and expressed my concerns, and Johan was more than happy to rectify the situation. I went back and spoke with him in person and everything was dealt with. In spite of the fact that I was unsatisfied with the services and left a negative review, Johan was still willing to help me and he did.
