the techs are great at what they do and polite. with that said, administration is why this place is so hit and miss. i suspect that is why they cycled through a few while i was there, probably treat them the same as they do the clients. just recently they closed for renovations, not said anywhere on the website or voicemail or emails when trying to contact them. it is only posted on their social media, which has since been deleted with only the facebook page still up. im glad i finished my package before hand, i wonder how m... read more

They were welcoming, but overall not worth the price for service. At my first visit I felt pressured to purchase a full body laser package, which I didn't need but still ended up paying a high amount for laser just on my legs and face. The machine here is different from the one I had used on previous laser treatment I did elsewhere 17 years ago, which to this day has lasted. BUYER BEWARE OF THEIR NON-REFUNDABLE PACKAGE SCAM! I purchased a laser hair removal package from Mint Laser in June 2022. I had a consultation with technician, Allison who, informed me that it would be best to purchase a package of 4-6 treatments for approximately $1000. I was also informed that the package would be nonrefundable. I agreed and purchased the package.
