came into the store to pick up an item, We were not greeted. The only person in the store was talking badly about a previous customer to a consigner on the phone. After completely ignoring us for 10 minutes she ended her call. Then she finally retrieved our item we had already paid for. We asked if we could use the bathroom really quick before we left, and she said no. Very disappointed in the extremely unwelcoming environment.
