Booked this location through a 3rd party. When I got there they said that I didn't have anything booked. So I had to find and pay for another hotel that night, last minute. Later, when I contacted the 3rd party to get a refund, they had to call this location and confirm that they didn't have my reservation and when they did Mint House told them that they were able to find the reservation and wouldn't issue a refund. My biggest gripe admit this place is that the cleaning lady stole my girlfriend’s wallet with all of her cards and $600. There agents that was suppose to help us beat around the bush for 6 hours before telling us it wasn’t found, which I don’t think they ever looked for it because the people off contract for the company wasn’t even in Nashville! Place was very quaint, close to restaurants and shops. And walking distance to my son’s college, so we didn’t have to rent a car. Apartments had everything we needed for a comfy stay.
Great experience and a wonderful place to stay on my work trip. I couldn’t have asked for better!
