Customer service could care less. *due to the unsanitary conditions customer service refunded my parking fee of $25 Metro health Deparment was notified and said they will inspect. Location was great due to a child having an operation at Vanderbilt children’s. Room was very poorly cleaned, and no balcony. Previous guest hair was found all over room. Carpet was disgusting.
We booked through Expedia. Turns out Expedia didn’t send Mint our email address so we never got any of the check in information…. What a disaster!!! It’s pretty confusing to find the place, then we had to call the number to figure out the check in detail. It took about an hour. The people were helpful on the phone but it was a super annoying way to start our holiday. When we finally got in we quickly went up stairs to drop off our luggage. We have stayed at this location before and had a relatively good experience so booked again. The rooms are spacious, the furniture old and uncomfortable but the location was good for us and we loved the restaurants and shops nearby so we thought meh let’s give it another shot. But man. This time was our WORST Air B&B stay ever. Night #1 my husband was laying on the bed and noted it didn’t feel right.
