We coordinated a hotel block for our wedding at this location. It's a nice hotel and the amenities are good, but the service and number of errors we, and our guests, ran into during the weekend was absurd. To start, we had such a difficult time working with the team to coordinate the block. Very nice place! Very spacious! Free coffee and tea downstairs. Parking was a pain - be sure to purchase your parking online. Its really close to Whole Foods. Full kitchen setup. Gorgeous views! 23rd floor has a common area. The fitness center is unbelievably perfect. I will stay here again. I could live here. Actually, some of the people here do live here. The parking garage feels relatively safe - compared to most parking garages. There is a rollup door to the parking garage that closes after each vehicle. Very clean place... read more
Avoid this place at all costs. First, even though they boldy advertise on their website that they are per friendly, they are NOT pet friendly. Their booking staff is totally incompetent. They ghosted us when we tried to cancel our booking and wrote down our dogs as service dogs when we said they are not and that we need to cancel. Then the cleaning staff antagonizes our dogs all day. Superbly convenient apartment complex, if you are from out of town, this place has a fantastic gym, a great pool if the weather is right for it, it’s outdoors. It’s got an amazing coffee area with a well maintained coffee machine that worked 95% of the time I was there.
