I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was defined by poor customer service, dishonesty, and a complete lack of accountability. We received no check-in instructions beyond being told check-in started after 3 PM and were never informed the front desk closed at 11 PM. When we arrived, no staff were onsite. Very clean room, kitchen, living room. Quiet (during CMA). Nearby Sheraton has a rooftop bar, sush rolls and a great view.
This place is amazing!! So close to downtown but far enough away not to have all the noise. Our stay was so quiet, this is a great place to stay!!
Fine hotel, but the wifi makes it impossible to work. It shuts off every 30 minutes which means working out of your room or taking calls is impossible.
