I did not think I needed home inspection. A friend suggested it and Klif/Mint found several problems under the house that would have led to even worse. I hired a repairman and he was able to call Klif with any questions. I do recommend Mint Home Inspection.
Very detailed in their report. Did have some areas they were not able to inspect but they were very clear with causes, reasons, and documentation. Turn around time was faster than expected. Documentation was very clear and easy to understand. Severity was also very well documented.
I was very impressed with the document from the inspection on my new home. It was very informative, detailed and included pictures of what the inspector was referring to in his report. Highly recommend them!

Mint Home Inspection provided us with a very detailed report showing items that were an issue as well as items that were not an issue but were inspected. It was great to walk through the report with the builder and get items fixed that I would not have found on my own.
