Our realtor recommended Klif because he’s very thorough and he absolutely delivered! Our inspection report contained over 50 pictures, all of which Klif carefully reviewed with my Dad (a retired general contractor). Not only did the home builder agree the inspection was thorough, but it got my Dad’s stamp of approval too! The builder agreed to fix almost every line item and now we have the peace of mind that our [hefty] investment is safe and sound.

I did not think I needed home inspection. A friend suggested it and Klif/Mint found several problems under the house that would have led to even worse. I hired a repairman and he was able to call Klif with any questions. I do recommend Mint Home Inspection.

Very detailed in their report. Did have some areas they were not able to inspect but they were very clear with causes, reasons, and documentation. Turn around time was faster than expected. Documentation was very clear and easy to understand. Severity was also very well documented.

I was very impressed with the document from the inspection on my new home. It was very informative, detailed and included pictures of what the inspector was referring to in his report. Highly recommend them!

Very quick, efficient and very detailed report. It gave us peace of mind to know where we are in our new contraction in terms of quality. The assurance was well worth it!
