As an individual living with multiple sclerosis, I have used Mint home care providers over the last 2+ years to supplement my primary caregiver from time to time. Everyone’s medical needs are different, and a one size model does not work well, in my opinion. Mint leadership is responsive and flexible in meeting my specific care needs. Care givers are of high quality and easy to work with. Billing is straight forward and I have not had any issues.
The owner is involved in the process and has such a kind heart. We were pleased with the caregivers that were there. The company adapted well to changes and really helped us in a pinch.
Especially rate 3 care givers 5 stars. Each arrived on time, understood how to deal with my husband who is very wary about having strangers in our home. With dementia he couldn’t recognize them each time they came. They cared for him… help with his needs & watching so he would not fall. During all this time he managed to not use walker & now walks with a cane. All of them were patient with him even if he was not happy with them being near him. Thank you for caring for him in this difficult time.

The caregivers provided exceptional 24/7 care for my wife in various settings, including ERs, hospital rooms, and our home over several months. Niranjan and John were highly efficient and flexible, seamlessly accommodating changes and ensuring the continuity of care we desired. Their dedication, compassion, and understanding warrant an excellent rating.
