I like that they will talk to be about my children's care. They were all very kind to each one of us. The office nice clean and well maintained. My Dental hygienist is so sweet and loved talking to her.
I was seen in your office yesterday and was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness I was shown by staff. Dr. Ricker could tell I was extremely nervous to have my procedure done and was very patient and understanding.

I had my first root canal. Dr. Roupas did the procedure. He explained the process beforehand and encouraged me to ask questions. During the procedure, he described each step as he proceeded and often stopped to ask how I was doing. It was a very positive experience!
Absolutely, by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. I had to get two teeth extracted the day before Thanksgiving, and I felt nervous. However, I received honest advice, generous care, and excellent treatment from Dr. David Sullivan and the entire team at MHD. From my experience, this is the best dental practice in NC.
