As always excellent experience. Robin is the best. We have know each other a very long time and it is always nice to catch up. Dr. David is great. As always everyone in the office was cheerful and just the best. I have also known most of them for ever. It says something about the quality of the practice, when you walk in to an office and the same people are there, year after year. Thanks John

I contacted Mint Hill Dentistry 1 day after breaking a cusp on an upper tooth. They were able to get me in for an appointment the very next day working with my insurance carrier to help process the claim. MHD quickly diagnosed and showed me the problem, recommending a comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. David Sullivan and his technician were excellent in making the repair, calming my anxiety after being away from home and not being able to see my regular dentist. My family & I could not be more pleased with Mint Hill Dentistry. For over 32 years, we have received top notch service. From appointment reminders, to being friendly greeted upon arrival, the hygienist, handling any insurance issues and especially Dr. John Burd, we are treated like family and with respect. I am also on the Board of Directors of the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce and can vouch for their support of the Mint Hill community.

I am NOT a big fan of dentists... in fact, I'm an admitted chicken (blame it on a dentist from my early years). But Dr. John Burd and his staff have always gone out of their way to make my visit a comfortable one. GREAT dentist, great chairside manner. Thanks, Dr. Burd.

In 1972 I was transferred to Charlotte. Searching for a dentist, I signed up with college classmate Dr. Larry Baucom, whose practice would eventually morph into Mint Hill Dentistry. For forty-six years, through growth and expansion, and through procedures emergency and routine, one thing has remained the same - the care of this group has been of the highest professional order, highly responsive, and delivered with kindness at every turn. Now for many years with Dr. Roupas, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist because they always try and up sell or dramatize little things. Mint Hill dentistry does not. Very straight forward with status , risks and time estimates as well as options and costs. No drama dentistry and very kind and sensitive to financials ! I believe I’ve found the dream dental clinic. Thank you !
