1st time here - had a wonderful experience! Loved my hygienist - she was so sweet and so efficient! The dentist took his time to explain everything to me and really helped me to understand what was going on with my teeth. So glad I found a dentist i wont dread going to!
Today, my teeth were very sensitive so I dreaded the cleaning; however, Cindy was empathic and did everything she could to lessen the discomfort. I was amazed at her skills and walked out with almost no discomfort. Dr. Byrd has been our dentist for over 30 years and he is the best. He cares. We drive almost an hour each way because we will not trust our teeth to anyone else. He is the best!
Excellent visit for removal of old worn crown and replacement of new crown. Mint Hill dentistry uses state of the art technology (blue light laser) to measure teeth and gum so new crown is precisely made to fit. New crown installed took just moments to cement in place. Tremendous improvement in bite. Thank you!

I have recently moved from Florida to this area and have always had regular dental check ups. I am well pleased with the care I received at my visit today at Mint Hill Dentistry. Cindy and Dr. Roupas were very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. Everyone, from the moment I walked in until I left, were very friendly, helpful and caring. the tech and the doc were great. sympathetic to my pain and trouble. the new doctor is so nice and he finally gave me the answer as to why I cant wear my denture and the denture before. smart man wish I had him years ago.
Dr. Sullivan and his assistant Tiffany were outstanding today. They were fast, efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my filling procedure.
