I had my first visit with Dr. Roupas this afternoon and it was a fantastic experience, from check-in to meeting dental assistant Alisha to getting treatment from Dr. Roupas. They were all professional, efficient and personable. Dr. Roupas took a lot of time to explain my situation and show me the full-color X-rays of the tooth in question on a monitor right in front of me. I have seen a few specialists regarding dental care. This was the 1st practice that, cared enough, to prescribe apparently much needed antibiotics. Not too mention didn’t pressure me into an expensive treatment on the spot. I have felt like I’m negotiating buying a car. Not here. Looking forward to finally regaining my smile and not feel like I’ve been taken for a ride. If you’re looking for an honest caring Doctor. Come here.

As always, when I come into your office you make me feel very comfortable from the first hello the the last good bye and see you in 6 months!! I've been a patient for over 10 years and plan on being a patient for many many more years to come!!!

I was very nervous because it was a large tooth. I was given every gracious gesture by the staff to make me feel comfortable and relaxed , Dr. Roupus was reassuring and never hurt me once. Thank you for your sopport and a job well done.

As a former dental technician--someone who used to make crowns, bridges and other appliances for a living--I was amazed at how quickly and precisely a crown could be made in a single sitting. In and out before lunch and the price wasn't bad, either.

I love my dental team,that is all.They are the most caring staff something I never had until I moved to Charlotte. The level of care I receive from the time I walk in the door,is the bomb.com.They know my name..I'll say it again,the know my name.From the front desk.That says alot.I have moved from Mint Hill and it's so worth taking that 45 min drive.I will never switch dentists.Dr Sullivan and his son,are the most Sweetest guys.And the fact that they are Christian's gives me an extra level of security that I'm in Good Hands.... read more

I would never go anywhere else Sharon always gets me in to see Robin and Robin takes care of my pearly whites. Can't help but love seeing Dr. Roupas's smile while he's doing that final check.
