Every staff member, which, of course, includes Dr. Sullivan and the anesthesiologist, is friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond great customer service. Many of us do not look forward to going to a dentist/oral surgeon but this facility is one of the best around!! Highly recommended!!

After a very long time avoiding dentists, I had a horrible tooth ache. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. After having braces then wisdom teeth removed, I just didn't want to think about the dentist at all, but I had to go. A colleague recommended Mint Hill Dentistry, specifically Dr. Roupas, and I am so impressed with him and the dental hygienists who've worked with me over the past year. Dr. Burd is indeed very friendly, respectful and professional. He is so precise and informative while explaining any dental needs during my visits. And, he always asks about my family and our travel plans...that I have shared with him before. I've been a patient at Mint Hill Dentistry for about five years and can't say enough how well the experience is each time I go. They have the most up to date technology, kindest staff and kindest dentists. Dr. Roupas is great. The care is excellent and honest and very thorough. I've never had to wait. Also, prices are reasonable. I've not had to pay above my insurance coverage.

As always the Practice runs like clockwork. People are friendly and efficient. Have been a patient of the Dentistry for years. Seems like my Dr. has lost some hair, but it is a great place.

Love coming to see Dr Roupus and Shirley. Shirley is awesome and always makes my visit enjoyable. Not many people can say they like coming to the dentist. Been a loyal patient for over 20 years!!!

Mint Hill Dentistry is such a pleasant experience, along with top Quality dental work with no discomfort. I had many old crowns replaced & my front teeth had shifted, making my smile very unattractive. Dr. Earle Sullivan has given me a very natural, beautiful smile & two perfect strangers on a recent trip complimented me on my beautiful teeth & smile. Now I smile all of the time! The staff are so efficient & friendly. I highly recommend them & could never think of going anywhere else. They are the BEST! :):):)

Have been going to Mint Hill Dentistry for over a year now and can only comment that each visit has been excellent. The facility is very welcoming as are all of the employees from the receptionist through checkout. If you are looking for a departure from the routine and painful dental experience to true dental care, give them a try!
