When you walk in the atmosphere is so soothing and calming and when you walk in, they walk you unknown automatically by your name. Best, the front desk person is absolutely amazing and very customer service oriented. I love her and Doctor Sara Headley is an amazing doctor and so in tentative to your needs I liked her so well that I followed her from her old practice to her new one.
It’s hard to find primary care in Vermont…let alone a PCP who listens, and takes action based on your story, concerns, and symptoms. Mint does all of that and more. It’s a comfortable, warm, and friendly office that doesn’t feel cold or sterile with an inviting atmosphere and really great people. So glad to have Mint in Waterbury.
Excellent care! Thoughtful guidance. I never feel rushed or dismissed. Holistic care (and no pushing of supplements or meds)it's just straightforward human to human dialogue. Incredibly responsive. Spacious and beautiful offices with parking readily available. You never have to worry about when you're going to hear back!
I love Mint. They truly care for me and my family. It is like medicine used to be. I walk in and they know me, they know my family. If I have an issue I can call or text and they will get right back to me. Sara and Sarah are great!
