My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Buchert and her staff. We went to her just trying to "get healthy and lose weight," but we learned so much that will benefit us and our family for the long-term. We were very nervous about changing our diets and what that would look like, but Dr. Buchert and Brittney were super supportive and answered every single question we had (we had a lot!). SO relieved, SOOO refreshing after her answer to one of my issues: "make sure you are taking a probiotic with 50 billion CFU's"... And "have you tried kimchi or fermented foods?" And "take flax oil or cod liver oil". I was so tired of doctors "feeding medicine and antibiotics down my throat". So glad I found a doctor on the same page as me! What a godsend!
I've been here over an hour waiting to go back. The lobby is a mass of people with the most uncomfortable chairs. How do pregnant women sit on these? The bathroom patients have to use for the lab is in the lobby. I've seen plenty of cups of pee going through the lobby. So is the sonogram room. No privacy around here obviously. A friend referred me here. She must have come on a better day. I'm really disappointed. Either this is a popular office or the most ill run office I've been to in a while. I'm guessing the latter.
Dr. Buchert is wonderful! Very caring and attentive to needs and wants for my labor experience. She delivered both my baby boys after extremely long labors. My second baby was breached and she successfully flipped him through the version procedure , and I was able to avoid a C- section. She is the best!!!
