We are quality contractors that have worked with Mint floor coverings. Mistakes are common coming out of the office and they will hold a sub contractor's retainer indefinitely.
The person I worked with in Colorado was very nice, but unfortunately my service was terrible. They came out to measure with carpet samples. Then they forgot what sample I wanted when I called and asked where my quote was. They came back and we re-discussed the matter. I finally received a quote and decided to move forward. When emailing and calling to get an idea when they would come out, I received no response.
