Mint Denistry at Lake Highlands. The constant personnel change is becoming very annoying and uncomfortable, my last visit was everything but pleasant. Starting from the hygienist which did x-rays on me without putting protection on, I don't blame her since she seemed a little lost like she didn't belong to this location which might be an issue of the constant rotation of personnel. Everyone is very professional and a friendly environment. Special praises to Leslie she really Made me feel at ease when I thought that I would need more work done. Daisey the from desk reception welcome me with a smile, she and P, also help me to calm my nerves because I was really feeling nervous I want to thank the staff for their concern and patient with me.
I had a very poor experience with this dentist. Instead of performing a needed root canal, I was quickly referred to an endodontist—costing me more time and money. I later saw a different dentist who handled the procedure in-office, showed real care, and didn’t even charge for the evaluation. The original dentist came off as lazy and dismissive, rushing me through without properly addressing the issue. I wouldn’t recommend this practice based on the lack of thoroughness and patient care.
Absolutely love Mint and this particular location is my go-to!! The front desk is SO sweet and very communicative about forms and pricing. Everyone that has cleaned/worked on me has been an absolute joy, very patient, and make the experience a positive one. For a morning cleaning + exam + checkup I'm usually out the door in under an hour. They're focused on my comfort unlike any dentist I've been to.
