Mint Dental 💯%PROFESSIONALS!! I was in search of a new dentist closer to our home. My goodness- Pretty much @ my front door. I had my exam; xrays, and deep cleaning all in the same week. The office is clean, Stylish and above all they have staff which care. The Dr explains clearly what you need, as well as what the Xrays show - they all listen too you very well.. Worse decision ever. Do not do business with MINT. They thought it was a good idea to hold my retainers hostage after a clear failure to communicate an outstanding balance for a separate matter on their end. They wasted my time coming up there. They’ve been texting me about picking up my spare retainers for the last 1-2 months. No one ever mentioned a balance on past ortho work. I need to figure out how to get my $200 back. All I recieved was an x-ray of ONE tooth that I needed removed but was told I needed it "surgically removed" & was referred to a place i would have had to pay an additional $150 just to xray my whole mouth since Mint didn't do it plus an extraction varying from $500 - $1,000! Ended up at another dentist who pulled my tooth with NO problem, NO surgery - simple extraction.
