So this is my 4/5th time going to Mint…I have to say it was the most pleasant of the others. This doctor was amazing he preformed my services. I loved how he handled patients with care and compassion. He was so gentle but got everything done in a timely fashion. I appreciate Dr. E! I don’t want to say his name online bc I’m not sure if it allowed…but if you ask for Dr. E the office manager will know exactly who you’re talking about he is amazing as well! Honestly my experience is normally a great one, but for some strange reason I I am unable to receive a follow up call back, or email acknowledgement as I was advised by your afterhours to use. The lack of follow up regarding my care is concerning. There is no direct contact with the local branches, you are always patched through via the call center. I would definitely terminate the relationship with the afterhours agency, (won't even waste time explaining that entire non-sense.) Since November 21 and a follow up email on Dec... read more

My first time at this location was amazing!! I was able to receive a treatment plan the same day! They are fast, patient, and respectful. The office location I went to (midtown) is so clean, nice, and beautiful. If you decide to go here, you won’t regret it. 10/10 recommend.
