Overall our experience has been great until I recently received a text with an appointment I did not schedule b/c I always schedule for the earliest appt so that my son does not miss that much school. I call to reschedule for the earliest time and tell the lady that we have always gone right when they open earliest being 7:30am. She insisted that I was incorrect and they have always opened at 8am. today My Grandson had a visit the young lady who sits at the front desk is very rude. Don’t know how to talk to people and she refuse to let My Grandson have his visit today. I told her I made a payment of $109 she asked me for a receipt I told her ma’am I made it over the phone and she told me to call and verify the payment instead of her verify the payment I’ll call back and verify the payment he said the payment will not apply until tomorrow, but that’s not what they told me when I made the payment.
