I told her I made a payment of $109 she asked me for a receipt I told her ma’am I made it over the phone and she told me to call and verify the payment instead of her verify the payment I’ll call back and verify the payment he said the payment will not apply until tomorrow, but that’s not what they told me when I made the payment.
