RecommendedFirst time here at Mint & loved my experience . The office staff was extremely nice & Tuan, my hygienist was excellent. Dr. George was sweet & did not tell me I needed work that I didn’t.
This location is awesome. The customer service alone makes this a great experience, which is an aspect that all businesses should focus on. The receptionist greets you with extra "ooomph" and they always call you by your name the whole time which ... just makes a difference. Arrived to have my daughters tooth extracted for orthodontics, they had the appointment as a cleaning. Waited 45 minutes and still wasn’t called back... gave up. Found another dentist.
Friendly and professional staff. Explained all procedures as well as the charges. Their Smile Club is great for the out of pocket fees.
I 🥰 this office and can’t say enough about their overall service! We’re on Mint’s Dental plan which help with our out of pocket 🤑. My hygienist Juliette spins circle around my previous dentist of 20+ yrs. She’s kind and thorough! I am beyond pleased. Thanx Mint Dentistry‼️
I've been twice and each time I've had a great experience. Except the first time and the issue was taking care of today.
They were the absolute worst. They kept me sitting in their office for 2 hours and I got NOTHING done but some X-rays.
This has been a nightmare experience for me. I am more frustrated at going through so many channels to get a resolve! There is no one to speak to at the Corporate office for resolution. So approach Mint at your own risk and pray you never have to address a concern or have a problem. I have never in all my years experiences such poor customer relations.
