I went to the Burleson Tx location and I will not be back. I am now in the process of looking for a new dentist. What started off as a scheduled root canal turned into an extraction and being in the chair for more than 4 hours because the dentist was the only one in the office and she was way over booked and understaffed. When they finally started my root canal she kept leaving the room. Do NOT recommend. They do not tell you they are Out of network. Then want to use up all you PPO limit amount and make you pay cash for crowns and treatment. Worst experience ever. Scam and false advertising. Then I did not even get a cleaning or whitening. I had to op out and pay cash just to have dental insurance still since they were gonna wipe it out by scamming to not say they are out of network. Never had prices given to me as they were.

I like the dental experience Here. But. As far as logistics, both times I've come to a Mint office they have delayed my appointment by 40 minutes to 2 hours as they checked my insurance. The front desk staff are mostly friendly at the Burleson office, but one was especially dismissive and curt. The front desk lady never apologized for my appointment not starting for 50 minutes after it was scheduled. The dental assistant apologized for my wait, which I appreciated. I called because I chipped a front tooth. Lily was extremely professional and got me in for an appointment that same day. Upon arrival the office was clean and well presented. Shelly (Dental assistant)was friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained the process thoroughly. The staff is friendly. They are very conscientious about disinfecting and maintaining social distancing in waiting room. The dental staff and atmosphere was pleasant and calming. I feel confident in their care. I would recommend Mint for the convenience. They are everywhere!

Gotta Vent: So I went and had procedure on the 14th they had to put a camera down my throat when doing so they broke 2 back molars. So I had to go to the dentist to get them fixed bc I am in so much pain. I went to #minddentistry didn't take a lunch so I could get off early to go. I filled out all the paperwork before online. Arrived at 9:00 for 9:15 appt and was told they are running behind. I told the receptionist I needed by out of here by 11:00 (an hour and 45 minutes after appt time...seems fair, right?) and she said that she couldn’t guarantee. She said she would be happy to reschedule my appt.
