Update: I received a call today from the office manager who was the absolute sweetest and apologized… i absolutely will give credit where credit is due….. hoping to have this resolved soon and truly appreciate the efforts…. Absolutely poorly managed and poor communication. I had been a patient of theirs for years and then apparently they stopped taking my insurance. Very caring staff and a family atmosphere. Dr. BENTON is professional and takes the time to explain the procedure before starting. The dental work is done with the patients best interest and care.
Everyone was very nice and polite. A crown and a cleaning all in one visit !!! 🦷😁
