This is the most unprofessional dental group I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unbelievable. Something as simple as filing out a form and sending to UNLV is too complicated for them to comprehend. They literally want me to wait 2 weeks at their leisure to do that because the doctor sees fit not to come in to the office for 2 weeks. It was a very positive experience! My hygienist, Rose, was somewhat new to her role but she provided the service of a seasoned pro. Not only did she offer a solution to my dry-mouth condition, but she also gave me some very valuable information to help me going forward. Also, when I made the appointment, Maria ensured me I would out within an hour... Well, it was only 45 minutes from the time I actually walked into the office.
