This is the most unprofessional dental group I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unbelievable. Something as simple as filing out a form and sending to UNLV is too complicated for them to comprehend. They literally want me to wait 2 weeks at their leisure to do that because the doctor sees fit not to come in to the office for 2 weeks.
