If I could go lower than 1 I would. These guys have coupons and what not but they really need to work on quality. Shampooing is mediocre, buff job is OK at most. My carpeting in my vehicle was returned wet with stains still there and it smelled like wet dog not satisfied at all. Shoulda gone elsewhere and not paid attention to cheap pricing.
