I have nothing but absolutely glowing things to say about this company. After an atrocious experience of 18+ months of another company installing a system badly and then 'trying' to fix it, Mint came in and were so kind, polite, and most importantly, highly skilled at their jobs. I will be recommending them to anyone I know and hope people reading this review send work their way - you won't be disappointed. I am a very grateful customer.
These guys know their business and understand customer service. From admin to the installers they deliver excellent service. Reliable, friendly, and honest in their dealings with customers. They have installed two systems for us (in two separate houses). A great experience from start to finish on both occasions. They always do that little bit extra every time and provide a system that meets individual needs. Fantastic!
Mint installed our ducted yesterday, they were so professional, clean, tidy, and a very respectful team. Explained how it all works and that we understood before they left. Highly recommend, very snug in our home tonight.
