Minskys Pizza in Raymore, MO is my favorite Pizza joint. They have gluten free and vegetarian options as well as the best darn pizza anywhere. Jasmine remembers my favorite variations and can always recommend a new twist. The Margaritas are the best in KC and are reasonably priced. Manager Chandra always has a smile and GM Sean has it all in hand. It's a family place and good for a date too. I WILL go back. (BTW, Slingo (name that tune) is popular on Thursdays.) We dine in, but they do deliver and have carry out.
My wife and I have loved Minskys Pizza for 40 years. The Independence Minskys on Hwy 291 is now the best location in town by far; we travel from Lees Summit to eat there. The servers are always attentive, fast and friendly; our most recent server, Skylar, was super. The garlic cheese toast is thick and cheesy and the warm marinara tastes homemade. The Papa Minskys pizza is amazing and exactly the same every time (delicious). The calzones are awesome and the list of ingredients you can choose from is expansive.
Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I ALWAYS receive exceptional service when I visit either during lunch with co workers or dinner with family and friends.
06/01/2014 ..This was my family's first time at this Minsky's and a long time since I had least eaten at one. We arrived in mid-afternoon on a weekday and had the place to ourselves for most of our time there. The staff were very attentive and the food was very good. Because each person in our group ordered their own item the total bill was a bit on the high side. Minksy's choices of crust was a welcome change. 03/2016 .. At here again and food and service were both excellent.
Minsky's is the best! Far above the rest! You won't be disappointed.
I recently moved into the area of Blue Springs,MO and ordered 4 pizza's. (Have never eaten there). One of the pizza's was made without sauce which was a 4 cheese. I contacted the location and tried to get another pizza with sauce and the CSR as well as the manager of that store told me that pizza was made correctly and that the person that made the pizza has worked for the company for several years and they believed her story. I have really enjoyed the little activities during the week. The young lady named Kelsey always does such a nice job of hosting these activities. Fun Fun and food is good too! Kelly

Great visit. Our server, Victoria was very attentive and helpful. We can not wait to go back for the best pizza we've had in a long time.
