My family and I get together when my brother comes down from sc.we have been going to Minsky's pizza past few years there about ten of us,we went tonite at 5clock young dark fellow waited on us . amazing service great food,we had great experience.thank yal for the memory,two years in row so we will be doing it again year..
My wife and I have loved Minskys Pizza for 40 years. The Independence Minskys on Hwy 291 is now the best location in town by far; we travel from Lees Summit to eat there. The servers are always attentive, fast and friendly; our most recent server, Skylar, was super. The garlic cheese toast is thick and cheesy and the warm marinara tastes homemade. The Papa Minskys pizza is amazing and exactly the same every time (delicious). The calzones are awesome and the list of ingredients you can choose from is expansive.

WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO MINKSY'S FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THEIR PIZZA IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT, AND CONSISTENT. WE STARTED GOING THERE ON MONDAYS AND GOT THE TOSTADA PIZZA WHICH WAS THE SPECIAL. WE HAVE TRIED ALMOST EVERY PIZZA ON THE MENU, AND THEY ARE ALL VERY GOOD. WE REALLY LIKED IT AND DID NOT TRY ANY OTHER PIZZA THEN THEY CHANGED TO A CHEESEBURGER PIZZA ON MONDAYS, WHICH DID NOT SOUND VERY GOOD TO US, BUT WE TRIED IT ANYWAY. IT HAS NOW BECOME OUR FAVORITE! I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten-free. It is so hard to find restaurants where I can safely eat and this location of Minsky's Pizza really gets it. We love their pizza!!
