Minsky's is our families favorite pizza place. My personal favorite is the philly cheese steak pizza! Can't beat sour cream on pizza! Yum! They also have great fried mushrooms with ranch!! For many soccer season's now we have all of our end of season parties here! Great food!
Ashley at Blue Springs Minskey's is a fabulous server. I appreciate her smile and prompt service. Way to go Ashley!!
I have eaten at the Minsky's in Blue Springs several times recently and I just love place. Highest quality pizza I have had in a long time. They have a great family atmosphere and sports on all the televisions. Great people, great food, great times. Minsky's is my new hang out spot.

When we come to Minsky's we can always expect wonderful service in meeting our special needs. It may be a large establishment but it also has the feel of a small town since the servers remember us every time we come. We feel special.
We have always loved this Minsky's in Blue Springs, MO. Everyone is so nice and so friendly. Beth is just great, as was Andrew when he worked there, and also we enjoyed Ashley who is now the Manager there. We really had a great time with 14 of us (7 adults and 7 under 11). Everyone loved it!!!. Thanks so much to everyone, and they should all get a nice bonus!!! Sharon Lotz
Ashley at Minsky's Blue Springs is awesome! She is very attentive to her customers and as the manager she keeps her employees working hard. She knows us by name when we come in and gets our drinks herself before the waiter even gets to the table. In addition to the great service, Minsky's has awesome pizza! And now the Blue Springs location has a full bar for anything alcoholic you would like to drink. We will continue to go back!
The service at Minsky's is always fantastic. The pizza was hot and the drinks were cold. A perfect way to end a hectic week!
We go to Minsky's all the time with a huge group of family a couple times a month. We love the food and love the service. Our server the last time was Dani, she was super sweet and kept a big smile on her face the whole time. We will definitely be back.
