I had my vehicle serviced by a company that is supposed to be reputable. They were doing an oil change and failed to put the oil in the motor. It took me 6 months to have them to take ownership and to actually admit their responsibility. Once that was settled, I had Minsky do the installation of a used engine in my BMW X5. Franz is awesome, he really knows his stuff. I took my car in for an oil change, and they inspected my whole car too. Every detail that could be improved was typed up for me, but they weren't trying to sell me on anything, he just simply let me know of what else the car could need. Just a small detail, my car was alerting to a low battery on the fob and he changed it just so there wouldn't be a warning on the dash anymore.
