Love the care that Dr. Minsky provides for my mother. Very attentive.
Connie who answers the phone is rude and abruptly disconnects. Proper phone etiquette training on how to disconnect the line properly after answering a question. Thank god they are not accepting new patients, because I do not want to have to interact with her regarding my healthcare needs.
Absolutely the BEST care and BEST service I’ve ever experienced. Dr Minsky, Dr Carver and their amazing nurses and staff take your Healthcare to a completely different level with the personal attention and access. When I make an appointment, I’m seen at THAT time; and no waiting in the exam room for 30 minutes. It’s completely changed how I view going to the Doctor. These guys are worth every penny, and more! I’m spoiled and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
