Therapist arrived 30 min late to my Appt, pillow that was brought for my prenatal massage was from home and smelled like smoke. Sound/music was broken in the room and you could hear people talking the entire time. I could tell the Masseuse was not familiar with pre natal massage. Over all, very unprofessional environment. Was given $25 off my $70 appointment, but that was $45 too much to pay. Will never return.
I bought a massage spa package on Groupon for my wife and her sister. My wife made a reservation and then on the day of the appointment they said she did not have a reservation and it was not for both a spa facial and massage and that they were not honoring the Groupon anyway and I needed to contact Groupon for the refund. UPDATE found out the new owners were not continuing with the groupon and offered to give the same services at a close rate. Second time getting a massage and and it was simply amazing! Liz and Agleda made sure that we were taken care of and was very relaxing! Would for sure recommend them to anyone! Will be going back again!
